To rent a vehicle from Apex Exotics Rental, you must:

• Be at least 22 years old (or the minimum age specified at booking)
   
• Possess a valid driver’s license
   
• Provide a valid payment method
   
• Meet insurance and verification requirements
   

We reserve the right to deny service at our sole discretion.

• All reservations are subject to availability.
   
• A security deposit may be required prior to vehicle release.
   
• Rental fees, deposits, taxes, and additional charges must be paid as agreed at booking.

Rented vehicles must not be used for:

• Racing, drifting, track events, or speed testing
   
• Illegal activities
   
• Off-road driving
   
• Subleasing or lending to unauthorized drivers
   
• Commercial use unless approved in writing
   

Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear.
   
• The renter is responsible for:
   
  • Traffic violations, tolls, and parking tickets
     
  • Damage, theft, or loss during the rental period
     
  • Excessive wear, interior damage, or smoke odors
     

Cleaning, repair, or administrative fees may apply.

• Renters must maintain valid insurance coverage as required by law.
   
• Apex Exotics Rental is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
   
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from vehicle use.
   

• Mileage limits, if any, will be stated in your rental agreement.
   
• Vehicles must be returned with the agreed fuel level.
   
• Late returns may incur additional charges.
   

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
   
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
   
• Copy, distribute, or exploit Site content without permission
   

All Site content is owned by or licensed to Apex Exotics Rental.
